Shipping policy

We ship Suolaa from our fulfillment center in New Jersey. Orders placed on a business day ship within one business day; weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.

Where we ship

The United States, every state and DC. We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International shipping is on request — write to salty@suolaa.com with your address and we'll quote it.

Carrier and timing

Standard shipping is $8, free on orders of $70 or more. In the lower 48 it typically arrives in 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories take longer.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email when the order ships. If the tracking doesn't update within three business days of shipment, write to salty@suolaa.com.

Damaged or missing shipments

If the box arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all:

  • Write to salty@suolaa.com within thirty days of the original ship date.
  • Include the order number and, for damage, a photo.
  • We replace the order. No return required.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address on the order. Confirm it at checkout. Address corrections after shipment cost the carrier's reroute fee, which we pass through.

Subscriptions

Subscription boxes ship at the cadence you choose at checkout. You receive a notification email three days before each scheduled charge. Skip, pause, or cancel any time from your account before the charge processes.
