Made for the sauna.

After a major life transition, I was looking for a way back. The sauna gave me one. Session after session, the heat became my practice and the people in it became my community.

There was only one problem: the crash that followed. Electrolytes fixed it, but everything I could find was built for the gym. So I made one for the sauna.

Suolaa is Finnish for salt. Löyly is the steam that rises when water hits the hot stones. One stick gives back what the heat takes: 1000mg of sodium, 200mg of potassium, 60mg of magnesium, sweetened with stevia. No sugar, no carbs, no calories.
