Refund policy

If Suolaa isn't for you, keep the box, we'll refund it. Write to salty@suolaa.com.

How it works

  1. Write to salty@suolaa.com within thirty days of delivery. Your order number plus one sentence on what didn't land is plenty.
  2. We refund the box to your original payment method within three to five business days.
  3. Keep the product.

The fine print, kept short

  • One keep-it refund per customer.
  • Damaged or wrong orders: we replace them. A photo helps; no interrogation.
  • Lost packages where the carrier says delivered: write to us anyway, we'll usually make it right.
  • Bought at a venue or retail partner? Their counter, their policy.

Subscriptions

Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund past ones. If a charge processed and the box hasn't shipped, we refund it and don't ship. If it shipped, the thirty-day keep-it refund above applies.
