Refund policy
If Suolaa isn't for you, keep the box, we'll refund it. Write to salty@suolaa.com.
How it works
- Write to salty@suolaa.com within thirty days of delivery. Your order number plus one sentence on what didn't land is plenty.
- We refund the box to your original payment method within three to five business days.
- Keep the product.
The fine print, kept short
- One keep-it refund per customer.
- Damaged or wrong orders: we replace them. A photo helps; no interrogation.
- Lost packages where the carrier says delivered: write to us anyway, we'll usually make it right.
- Bought at a venue or retail partner? Their counter, their policy.
Subscriptions
Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund past ones. If a charge processed and the box hasn't shipped, we refund it and don't ship. If it shipped, the thirty-day keep-it refund above applies.
